Do you mean that the dressing room access should not be parallel to the gable side, but rotated 90 degrees at the bedroom door? We had thought about that too, but then, when exiting the dressing room, you would walk directly towards a potentially opening bedroom door (and possibly run into it?)

Parallel to the gable (vertical in the plan), and yes: 90 degrees to the bedroom door. Access, no door - then you can also see who enters the door. You still have other senses... ;) don’t always exaggerate and think you’re living with 1000 other strangers in a bunker.

However, I would also be more in favor of the internal access to the bathroom, insofar as the chimney is annoying and you are back to further changes.

Regards, Yvonne
