And according to our experience, that does not contradict. I don’t wash my laundry on the ground where the dirt ends up. The drying is done outside, for which the direct exit is perfect, and if that doesn’t work, in the other side of the utility room, where you don’t go with dirty items.

Now you can wait until the surveyor arrives. I would measure three profiles myself: NE and SW at the boundary and one in the middle. You can easily measure the slope with your phone. Take a 2 m rod and place it on the terrain. Then measure the slope every 2 m. You then plot the line on paper. That is sufficient for the first draft. Don’t forget to also measure the slope of the property boundary at the street. In my opinion, it should slope towards the NE.

Your plan section from the development plan is much too small. Label the contour lines. Elevations are also shown on the turning circle. Unfortunately, these cannot be read on your copy.

Is the development plan available online? Then please tell us its name.

Is there a parking space ordinance from the municipality?

Where is the profile from? That matches the property, doesn’t it?

Where did you get the elevation difference of 4.9 m from?

My suggestion is with the ground floor and basement. This is the most effective construction method.

As always, you have to look closely at how your own processes really are. There is no right or wrong here. For me, part of the laundry washing actually takes place on the floor, namely sorting the dirty laundry. If you do that in another place, it probably does not conflict. So here is my tip (we are not in the utility room forum after all): take a close look at your own processes and derive the specifications for the floor plan from them.

Unfortunately, the development plan is not available in better quality. We ourselves cannot discern the contour lines. Also unfortunately not back online yet (hacker attack SIT).

We obtained the height measurements for the property from tim-online.

I have marked the contour lines on the plan. The building boundary is at 5 m according to the development plan.
