I just shared the development plan. New fixed idea from us: to place the carport in the lower area into the slope and support it with L-shaped stones. This way, the driveway won't be as steep and the way to the front door will then be via stairs.

How long is the staircase? A straight staircase should be about 4m to overcome a floor height of 2.90m. That would then result in a ceiling height of about 2.55 to 2.60 m - roughly estimated.

The staircase is currently at 3.90 m

I would place a completely different house somewhere else on the property, further towards the top of the plan, so shift it to the north with the [Carpirt] also there. Then a garden orientation to the SW.
The pantry is ridiculous in [MustHave], for that you use 2 tall cabinets.
