We have 1.30... that’s not much. There are definitely slopes. You wrote that you want to manage as much as possible without them. Why don’t you plan with a 180 or 200 knee wall?

We have an additional terrace on the east. It is used quite often in summer.

What are the dimensions of the garage? I think 6x6?

The garage is 6*6 but can be any other size, as there is enough space to the east. The extension is 3*2 m, if as here in BY 9 m is allowed to be built on the boundary (for bicycles/ e-bikes and/or garbage bins). As shown, the passage (preferably covered) is planned. The house entrance can be anywhere since there is a passage. However, I would place it on the west side.

Of course, it could be that Weberhaus's timber frame construction method doesn't have to pay that much attention to it.

Yes, that's possible. That's why it never even occurred to me to look at the city villas: Weberhaus has nice slim houses with a high knee wall and a gable roof.
