Good – if we are not supposed to be confused by facts, then by what? This is one of the few parallels to the green forum: the know-it-alls who think they know everything want to build multi-family houses right away; here apparently three at once (B and C implies there should be at least one house A as well?). I am surprised that Yvonne does not use her favorite word "vermitteln" here: the half-meter height offset makes the pair of houses look as if plate tectonics had struck, meaning the property lies on the Saint Andreas Fault. In such a case, it could exceptionally appear more harmonious for the ensemble if it did not come in the style of double Lottchens. "Nine" is a great result when it comes to "three times three" – but otherwise? – how is one supposed to evaluate a floor plan if the scale to which it is supposed to conform is not given?
