Thank you very much for the remarks and the comments.

Unfortunately, the criticism remains mostly very general (why are the sketches so bad?), I gladly accept the suggestions for improvement and put them down on "paper" - see attachment.

I have, of course, measured the furniture and the rooms at home.

In the drawings, most rooms are furnished and everything seems to fit (what have I not considered?).

Alright, then point by point.

Bidet was for a time when you couldn’t shower every day. But if you like it.

Sleeping: 1.4m bed? Otherwise it’s OK.
Closet 8m² for a 2.7m long wardrobe?
Parents’ WC I find useless and strange to go through the dressing room.
Bathroom: I hope the view from the toilet is nice but I don’t find it really harmonious either...
Children’s room is OK overall, but is there a fight over who gets which one?
The only MEGA NO-GO (for me) is the tiny living room.

But I don’t find any of it nice anyway. Since I haven’t studied something like this, I can’t give too many tips either. However, I noticed during my planning that the staircase decides everything. So maybe consider if a U-shaped staircase would bring more space. But someone who has studied this could surely conjure something great out of the dimensions.

And one more thing. Somewhere there must be load-bearing walls; they are thicker... Could cause problems with the WCs?!

Oh yes, I would also pay close attention to the orientation of the rooms. Based on the cardinal direction and also the location of streets, etc., possibly even the view?

Hello,

I just gave some more thought to your floor plan, especially how to create space for a living room on the ground floor if the [Einliegerwohnung] is not allowed to be raised.
I still have some questions:
How much space do you need at least in the utility room?
How big does the kitchen/dining room have to be?
Does the bathroom on the ground floor have to have a shower?

Regards,
