Good evening,
So we're getting in touch again and want to report on how this floor plan is developing (we now also have others from different providers, but we still like this one very much). Unfortunately, this time there are only very poor graphics available.
basement
ground floor and upper floor
So:
The staircase is shifted 62.5 cm to the right. This makes the living room larger, the kitchen will be "below" as drawn by kbt09. The WC and storage room will be swapped and the hallway there will be extended up to the double house partition wall.
In the basement, the study will become larger at the expense of the garage, which will only become narrower in the driveway area. The problem is the chimney for the Swedish stove, which makes the hallway/entrance area very small. Therefore, I have thought up variants that each create niches in the straight walls.
On the upper floor, the bathroom will become narrower but 31 cm longer, and when I planned the bathroom, I suddenly had no more problems fitting the desired bathroom accessories (note: elongated bathroom shapes do the trick!).
Overall, the floor plan is no longer as nice and looks much more cobbled together than before. We have an architect appointment soon and are curious to hear what they think of these drafts. And if anyone here has suggestions or criticism – bring it on, we’re happy about it.
Best regards
