Some also have duplex houses in the catalog. Furthermore, there are countless examples on the internet. Google is your friend.

Yes, there is a partner for the other semi-detached house, who in this case happen to also be friends of ours. So we can coordinate very well.

So we don’t want a prefab house.

What exactly does that mean: no catalog design or no timber panel construction?

Our half has a length of 12 meters and a width of 7.50 meters.

A gabled roof could have an 18-degree pitch here with a height difference of 2.05 m. You haven’t said anything about the roof type yet – best to fill out the entire questionnaire – I read in the coffee grounds that a staggered floor with a shed roof according to the development plan would be preferable here.

But you could put an attic up there, right?

With a gabled roof and sufficient standing height only at the ridge (the room for knee walls is rather limited here), I would see only a little storage space, not even a drying attic, and therefore a cellar is clearly recommended.

That’s always possible, the floor plan ideas only depend slightly on the wall construction. However, with this house "width," I see little room to maneuver; the stairway will practically be "set" in the middle third of the house depth and on the shared party wall side.
