I'm a Horst (hope no one here is named Horst).. yeah sorry :D I just saw the measurements in the house and assumed that the distance at the top would correspond to that of the floor - mobile with the pictures is always not so easy. So, now stationary: I find the upper floor okay, why is the bathroom door smaller? (or just a bend in the optics again?), possibly the room a bit dark if you like it bright - I can't judge that with the double casement window. From a feeling perspective, if possible, I would rather enlarge the window and omit the double casement windows. Ground floor: I would slightly shift the WC door to prevent the front door and that one from ever meeting, I might give the wardrobe a window, which would also be very beneficial to the hallway, doesn't the dining area have a window?! If there isn't a power plant right there, I think I would put in about 3 m of fixed glazing or something. I would miss a small storage room. A bit of a shame that you have such a nice window and then only look into the room... I would still change that somehow.
