Hehe no panic,
I don’t think the turtle enclosure will be that big.

Hm, that doesn’t really work... the ridge direction isn’t fixed, we’re free there, but the conservatory is covered by a sloped roof.
If you do it that way, you can’t put the third gable towards the street anymore, but have to build it on the north side facing the neighbors or leave it out entirely.

Then the entrance area looks pretty boring again... the small entrance door on the large gable side.

And besides, we like the idea of having a direct view of the garden from the conservatory. If I place it on the side like that, then I only have a nice view of the neighbor’s house and the south sun is always shining into the house, so there’s always shading below... that’s too bad for the conservatory.
So now we only have a small wall facing south.

Where does the sentence about the garage come from? And I’m also surprised that it bothers you so much

Regards

Please inquire about this again precisely. For us, every parking space must be freely accessible, so parking one behind the other is not allowed!

Ok, that's of course a matter of taste. If you have already put so much thought into it, the west orientation of the conservatory is probably the right choice for you.

It's a personal thing. I don't like garages when the plots aren't big enough. Carports are airier, brighter, and nicer.

It seems to be exactly the same here. I will clarify this with the municipality. But it is also stated here that garages must be at least 5 meters away from the street.
However, I assume that the building envelope is further back, so the 5 meters are irrelevant for us.

Ah, so that's where the wind is coming from I'm not a fan because they're not completely enclosed.

A conservatory can also itself be a "sheltered terrace with a more permanent awning" – if you open it on the long side with folding doors.

What matters is how good a floor plan is. If it’s good, it can be done by the intern.
