Hello everyone,

I have now incorporated many opinions into the current floor plan.
What do you think? I already find it quite successful.

Hello Singerl,

I find the suggestions from Bauexperte clearly more practical! The guest WC is not squeezed into the hallway like that and upstairs the bedroom is a proper one where you can actually place your bed...

Best regards

If you like it, then just build it that way. I just wonder how you can create so many ugly corners out of so much space. I'm more for square, practical, and good... But you have to live in it, everyone has different requirements, and if it works for you...

What I would change about it:

-rather skip a dressing room (with your floor plan. I have one, but it's not just thrown in) and instead put a wardrobe in a large bedroom. -better to make a full bathroom on the ground floor, and a shared one upstairs. Use the space upstairs for a storage room (for whatever).

Hello Singerl,

I am roughly laying out the house here and will send you something then. A similar project that I am currently managing comes to about 400,000 euros, but with a green flat roof and timber frame construction. I am curious to see what amount you will ultimately come to.

Best regards CADAMaRa

Hello Singerl,
I would be interested to know if you have now built it as you presented here.
Did you manage with the budget of 300000? Which floor plan did you choose?

Best regards
ypg

Hi, since you are building the garage directly onto the house and it is usually cheaper than living space inside the house, you could consider enlarging the garage and creating a room there to replace the basement. This way, you could relieve the planned basement replacement room or make the living room bigger and would have more living space.
