Knee wall 180 cm (is that the way to say it for a shed roof? the small side is 180 cm)
House Design
Who created the planning:
-Do-it-Yourself (Sweet Home 3D)
What do you particularly like? Stairs in kitchen/dining room
What do you not like? Storage room on the ground floor is very narrow, when entering the house you look at the fireplace/wall instead of through to the garden
Price estimate according to architect/planner: €310,000 prefab house provider
Personal price limit for the house, incl. equipment: €350,000
Favored heating technology: air-to-water heat pump
If you have to do without, which details/extensions
-you can do without: carport
-you cannot do without: fewer sqm
Why did the design turn out the way it is now?
A mix of many examples from various magazines, visits to show home parks...
What makes it particularly good or bad in your eyes?
It has everything that the two of us need and would like. We don’t need it bigger and it shouldn’t be smaller either.
We would very much like to receive overall feedback. We want to build our house but I like to read one opinion or another, maybe we have also forgotten or overlooked something important?

Upper floor:

Thank you very much for reading.
Regards
Andreas
