Oh well. 180 sqm of living space in total, 20 sqm kitchen, two walk-in showers: you want to be lenient that there is only one single garage. For the footprint of a detached semi-detached house, something quite decent has come out of it.

Regarding the building envelope: In terms of width, we are limited to 9.5m (the plot is 15.50x30.35m).

We will sit down this evening and draw a new floor plan. I will upload it later.
