Imagine the double washbasin with the mirror above it as a folding screen that shields the showerer standing freely (= without cabin or curtain) in the corner of the room. At Nonstop Nonsens there was the played joke, here there is the serious joke

Yes, as Thies (11ant) already said, with a blank sheet in front of you, you are less likely to make the same mistakes again.

Just post the site plan in the thread so people can get an idea of it.

A bay window is a nice feature in the right place. But it is also expensive. You are also planning with a basement and a double garage – can we assume that 750K will be spent here? If yes, then get a real architect for the plan – not some planner without a plan. Once the floor plan is set, you can still change.

Apart from that, do you really want an office in the basement for client visits? Wouldn't it be more pleasant if they didn't have to walk through the private living area – meaning they would have an entrance from outside?

Here is the site plan, south is the lower corner of the property:

750k costs just for the house? No, we are at 450k, but with own work on the interior finishing.

450,000 says who?
Have you looked at the construction service description?
450,000 + garage + outdoor facilities + incidental construction costs (these are not negligible due to the earthworks) yes but without large format tiles, water-guided fireplace, anthracite windows

We had already requested a change from the construction company or its architects, including for the office on the ground floor. However, the bathroom on the upper floor remains as in the first floor plan.

At that time, there was still a thread with the same topic

That should also be interesting

For 450,000 euros you can already get a nice house Remove the basement, carport instead of garage, bay window
