The changes to this wall wouldn't have any static impact, right? The planner is on vacation, and when he returns, I will be on vacation. Then I could already commission the structural calculation so that we can look for construction companies after the vacation.

Of course that makes a difference for the calculation, even if it might be the case that it does not affect the reinforcing steel design.

My off-the-cuff suggestion (don’t forget: business consultant, not structural engineer) would be the wall structure from bathroom to child’s room: a) 70 mm aerated concrete wall panel, sound insulation (mat), 60 mm gypsum board or b) as before, but sound insulation (then panel) last.

Compared to 11.5 cm porous brick, that is already a difference – but I haven’t checked what it means in terms of absolute weight.

Thanks to you! I'll just arrange something with the structural engineer today. He only lives 100m away and already works with my planner anyway.

I find it a bit overdramatic. Children get used to it and are also different. They would have to be quite sensitive specimens. The bathtub especially creates a sonorous noise. Others buy that as a CD to fall asleep. I would rather have the toilet flush and clattering in the mirrored cabinet next to the children's room in my sights.

but still, you can reduce the whole thing to a minimum. You can get used to a lot.

The world is not quiet, though. Quite the opposite. I envy people who can sleep anywhere. Airplane, train, a bad choice of hotel. Unfortunately, I can't do that. Whether this can be "trained" already in childhood... those are the ones who can't survive a night on a class trip. But who really knows that for sure. I certainly wouldn't start with masonry mix or cladding because of that. Even though I personally prefer "white" on the inside due to the lack of advantages of "red." But that will probably already start on your exterior wall and therefore likely won't be an option.
