What do you like in particular? Why? Kitchen open but still separated from living room, reasonable size children's rooms, straight staircase

What do you not like? Why? Open hallway (noise transmission upstairs, you can see from entrance door directly into the living room)

Why did the design turn out as it is now? For example Almost all our ideas were implemented on a small living area.

Orientation on the floor plan is not correct, I have drawn the correct one on the site plan, entrance is planned from the street side, dining area will be enlarged by shifting the kitchen about 40 cm towards the utility room and shortening the stair wall, I am still not satisfied with window sizes and location, upper floor bathroom is also in need of improvement, we have an appointment planned at the bathroom studio.

No door between the living room and the house entrance? I find that uncomfortable. Hallway next to the stairs over 3m only just 1.0m wide? That will be a narrow corridor. Your house might be too small for a straight staircase.

How should the way from the hallway to the kitchen be arranged? There should preferably be a passage of at least 1 m. Possibly plan a lift-and-slide door instead of hinged doors to the terrace, certainly also more expensive.

I currently have the same problem as you, integrating the straight staircase into the house design...

Is the table really supposed to be positioned as shown? Probably not, right?

Does your dining table really fit in that passage? How wide is the table that is supposed to be there? It would bother me that chairs always have to be moved somehow when the terrace doors are to be opened. I would swap the dressing room and bedroom. So dressing room on the right, bedroom on the left.
