I only "relent" when the Hessians come and since Thoelke it’s been "big wash: Saturday in eight days" My shower head has, by the way, quickly been switched between the programs "getting clean," "wellness," and "clean & wellness mixed." And it certainly only costs a few Franken to add "switchable shower head and/or rain shower." You could even shower with a duck – of course only with a classic threshold shower tray; with walk-in you’d probably have to leash the duck

With us, a price is determined based on the volume and the desired fit-out standard. We have now become a bit more concrete with guideline offers for individual trades, but even there we already see that we are at the upper end of our budget. Therefore, I can practically exclude building expansions.

You are right, sorry. I was firmly convinced that there was a question "Location: CH" in the profile on the first page. I was very wrong about that.

With us, there are no building envelope windows, only setback distances and utilization coefficient (living space in relation to plot size).

Thank you, thank you, thank you! But unfortunately: I don’t see the point (for us) in another shower. We have a shower on the ground floor that I can use if I can no longer get over the bathtub edge. In an emergency, I also have a shower in the next bathroom. Currently, our schedules and shower times are very different, so that works for us. I don’t shower for 15 minutes, so mathematically all five of us can fit into one shower in about 1.5 hours. So, thanks for the suggestion, but for me it’s an unnecessary use of space and money based on current knowledge (and just for us, mind you). Btw, the same goes for the wardrobe. We can still put a sideboard under a window, but for the last 15 years we haven’t needed more space in the wardrobe, so we won’t in the next 15 either. Otherwise, we use one of the children’s rooms or rotate with the basement. Or it ends up in the attic above our bathroom. Regarding the hard braking: We will probably actually plan a bend in the children’s bathroom so that the distance is a bit larger. In fact, with the stair exit, it’s currently only about 1 meter between the step and the wall. That’s too little. I assumed 1.1 meters. If necessary, we’ll push the stairs a bit more towards the children’s room, which would be a pity.

Internal dimensions 10.6 x 9.6... I hope I didn't miscalculate
I think everything explains itself. However, the interior walls are only 10 cm thick – I have no energy to change everything.
For orientation: the dining table is 220 x 110, the island 2.40, the tall cabinets as well. The bed is 185 cm wide, the showers about one meter wide. Sofa I don't know...

Wow, thank you! Even though I am very afraid to change the basics and start from scratch, I will take a close look at your draft! Thank you!
