No!

No, because a) I am not employed here to pre-empt you with answers or to post anything on the subject at all.

No, because b) I have forgotten nothing!

No, because c) it is not fundamentally about a must for direct access from the hallway to the kitchen.

No, because d) there is a short path from hallway/utility room/kitchen.

For you once again: e) One must always consider a design as a whole. You cannot check off with a list or table whether something is planned in the house or not. This also applies to plans that are based on comparisons with other apartments (there the cupboard has to go/there is no need for anything, we don’t have that now either).
Unfortunately, we have read from you too often and made you understand it – but it does not bear fruit with you. Thus, your attempts will very likely always be subject to justified criticism, as seen here: a successful design that appears friendly and has grown over several weeks.

I just noticed: convert the attic? Since only one full floor is allowed, you probably shouldn’t build too much knee wall, right? Depending on the roof pitch, there won’t be a large attic space. Have you had that calculated more precisely? The dressing room is tendentially a few centimeters too narrow in width.

What I also noticed: stairs in the dirty area.

So, we have planned the knee wall at 1m (roof pitch 45°)...more is not possible due to the single-story requirement. We wanted to divide the attic into a small study (PC + possibly a small guest couch) and the rest as storage. We have now changed the access to the bedroom via the dressing room.

We are now wavering between 2 options for how we could position the house on the plot (Anmerkung: street in the south is only a bike/pedestrian path).

Advantages and disadvantages we see:

Var1 (gable in east-west direction):
- roof surface facing south for possible future photovoltaic system
- separately designable entrance area/garage driveway
- covered side entrance via carport
- living-dining area facing the edge of the field (west)

Var2 (gable in north-south direction):
- orientation with long house front to the street (east) appears more harmonious
- garden design --> "larger sheltered corner" due to house-carport position
- short path from carport to pantry or kitchen --> shopping
- children's room facing south (brightness)

Do you have any suggestions we have not yet considered? Where do you see pros/cons and which option would you choose?

Thanks in advance.

Variant 1 seems more pleasing to me. I like entrance doors that smile at the arriving guests, visitors, or passersby.
By the way, the other rooms also benefit from it.
