We have currently planned to leave the living room as it is. The wall for the entertainment center will be significantly longer, since the entrance is shifting westward; possibly the entertainment center should be set back a bit toward the north to create even more space in the utility room...

just for your information: regarding the 2 parking spaces and the tree in front of the property, we have been assured that from the building application and development at the latest, care will be taken to ensure that access is granted...

Hi everyone,
attached is the changed floor plan... The furniture doesn’t fit exactly yet, of course. For now, it’s only about the room layout. Note about the dressing room: My wife doesn’t want a window in there and also no passage to the hallway, why, only she knows. What do you think of this floor plan?

Not really better. Why does it have to be a square?

Don't you need the additional space on the ground floor? There is room, you just have to plan a little better
