Attached are the floor plans we have considered based on a floor plan from a provider that we liked (model house, the floor plan for us is a bit larger).

Development plan/restrictions
Plot size: approx. 600 sqm
Slope: north-south about 2-3% (south side higher); east-west about 7% (west side higher); north-south will be balanced by earthworks: east-west must be balanced because building height is fixed
Floor area ratio: 0.35
Number of parking spaces: 2 parking spaces (in our case, initially a bit of gravel will be piled up and maybe a garage will be built later)
Number of floors: 2 full floors
Roof type: gable roof or hipped roof with ridge (in our case: hipped roof)
Orientation: garden faces south/southwest
Maximum heights/limits: 6.30m eaves height from OKEGFF

Client requirements
Number of people, age: 2 adults + 2 children
Room requirement on ground floor, upper floor: office on ground floor
Office: storage space for PC + documents; used frequently but not always productively
Overnight guests per year: maybe a few

House design
Who designed it:
- Do-it-yourself
What is not liked?: entrance situation of children’s room (possibly?)? Wardrobe and kitchen sufficiently large? Bathroom fixtures (15 sqm!!!).

Here are the thumbnail views again, unfortunately the forum software didn't want to cooperate with the first post:

The only thing we're a bit wondering about is whether the entrance situation for the children's room is okay. On the other hand, it is more than 2m wide there and the children's rooms are big enough anyway.

I liked your last own design better - but this one works too. How many meters is it from the wardrobe closet to the wall? I don't really like "Ankleide" in the bedroom... Otherwise, I would miss a storage option in the IG and EG (vacuum cleaner, ironing board, drinks...).

At least now you can read the beginning of the "real operation" planning. All the "dream houses" you posted here last year were pretty arbitrary without any relation to a realistic plan. I hope not everyone has already used up their ammunition with you and still engages with your drafts regarding good suggestions.

Hello, a few suggestions/questions:
[*]What about load-bearing walls? As far as I can see, your walls do not align; your roof would therefore have to be self-supporting. Or did I overlook something? [*]I would omit the short wall in the ground floor kitchen. [*]Why don't you bring the top-level walls of the children's rooms all to the same height (e.g., the height of the wall to the bedroom)? [*]The many large windows in the bathroom are suboptimal for its usability. The same applies to the study; they take up a lot of space for furniture. I would possibly put just a simple window on that side, then furnishing would also be easier.

Above: enlarge hallway, plan walls flush with children's rooms, slightly enlarge dressing room and door to hallway, not over bedroom.
