Fixed price guarantee from real estate companies!

We need your advice once. We have come across a real estate company that offers a plot + house including all incidental costs. The developer is also the developer we had already chosen before.

Price including approval fees, surveying, construction electricity and construction water, additional earthworks, access paths and terrace, parking space and all high-quality flooring. All connection costs water, electricity, etc. Initial lawn installation, electric shutters upper floor + ground floor, and numerous fittings in the house.

Can this be trusted? What do you think about it?

Plot 600m² and house 140m². Price €330,000.

Plot size is exactly the same for us, house slightly bigger (200 usable/170 living area).
All in all, I am also somewhere around 340,000.

if, after inspection, nothing unusual is found there, then that would be a good opportunity

if nothing unusual is found after the check, then that would be a good option
