I am addressing the question again here and would like your tips regarding the order of procedures.
We are getting a floating screed throughout the entire house (basement, ground floor, upper floor, and attic). The walls will be finished to Q2 standard. After handover from the developer, the DIY work begins:
In which order should one ideally proceed? The bathrooms will be done by the developer. My current understanding is:
Is this order roughly correct? We would do the painting and flooring ourselves, and assign the first two steps to the tradespeople. Priority-wise, the kitchen area needs to be finished first, followed by the rest of the ground floor as well as the basement (for storage, laundry room, etc.) and the upper floor (bedrooms). The attic can be finalized after moving in.

[*]Fill and, if necessary, level/sand the floor. Due to dust production, this is our first priority.
[*]Fill the walls and apply painter’s fleece.
[*]Painting
[*]Lay the floors.
