Hello everyone,
Today we received our first draft from the architect.
Development plan/restrictions
Plot size: 735 sqm
Slope: yes, approximately 2 m decline along the entire length
Edge development: yes, the garage is built on the edge
Number of parking spaces: double garage with basement replacement room
Number of floors: 2 full floors, no basement
Roof shape: hip/pyramid roof
Style: city villa
Orientation: see plan
Requirements of the clients
Style, roof shape, building type
Basement, floors
2 people, 27+29, childless, with Chihuahua
No office planned
Few to no overnight guests per year
Modern construction method
Open kitchen, kitchen island
4-6 dining seats
No fireplace, only underfloor heating
Terrace and garden
Garage, carport
House design
Who designed it: architect
What is not liked? The client currently does not like the front view 100% because it is partially without windows
Preferred heating technology: air/heat pump
Why is the draft as it is now?
Preliminary discussion with the architect, who has already inspected the plot
The large sliding window was initially planned on the south side, but of course it can also face east.
That is why no terrace is drawn yet.
The garage roof was set lower than the house roof so that it is permissible as a border garage.
& now you go ahead, what would you do differently & why? What do you think is well done?
