Hello!
The floor plan is not bad. But why should a staircase that turns at a right angle to the entrance be well suited for bulky items?
You have a hallway area of approx. 15 sqm, which is really not little. In the end, however, you move there like in a tunnel - no matter where you stand - a wall is always within reach!
Which staircase you implement depends not least on the available space. Most builders probably therefore choose a quarter-turn staircase - in the result you have nothing different - only the starting step is slightly changed.
If you have enough space - so about 180 sqm upwards - this straight staircase construction has its charm; but then as a continuation of the direction of walking when entering the house.
I think I have seen something like that at Luxhaus (Austria) on the internet.
Best regards, TomTom.
