The foundation slab would be included in the offer, but no further ground work that still has to be added by the builder. We find it illogical to have two different companies on our property when everything can be done in one go and in the end we can save 4-5k because we also know regional companies through my husband.
Forums are for discussion. But we really know where we stand technically. That's not the problem, the language of the bank is just Chinese to us!
The bank wants a price for the ancillary purchase costs of the property, which we paid a year ago and therefore no longer has any relevance.
The kitchen should be listed but not financed, but it also cannot be counted as equity because the equity has to be provided first, before the loan – and the kitchen money is still needed in the end. Etc. etc.
We have dozens of examples of discussions regarding these stubborn bank tables/forms where we just sat there with question marks over our heads. And on the calls we get no answers because the person on the other end doesn't understand what our questions and problems are...
We will simply inquire and hire a professional who will translate/prepare/sign all our well-researched and sound numbers into "bank language." Because that obviously seems to be where it’s currently failing.
Thanks for all the contributions and suggestions.
