We just had the feeling from the bank that we had no idea, and that was very frustrating. If the other person doesn't understand you, then it's not the other person's fault. It's the wrong way of explaining! Change of perspective ;)
We definitely learned from it and hope that the cooperation with all other service providers will go better for us and that not too many other builders have to go through something like this.
