Heating a 150 sqm new building is just a ridiculous trifle. There is a cleaning lady for cleaning.

Maybe not everyone can afford that? Otherwise, there is hardly any service that saves more valuable time in life.

I think it’s brave to build without a kitchen, I mean sure you can order food, but at some point even an inexpensive kitchen pays off. I think skipping it from the start is saving in the wrong place, whether in terms of living space or acquisition.

Something positive first:

Me too, although for different reasons than . They make you think and speak a down-to-earth language.

But:
1.

That is a troll answer. If it’s about the square meters for the room, then please keep it factual.

2.

Together with the cleaning lady and the kitchen, unfortunately this comment leads me to turn off the notifications for the thread. I am not offended, I can also handle a sharp tone well, but ... well, how should I say ... it does annoy me that our liquidity is not discussed sensibly, but that a certain way of life is being imposed on us.

I’ll check back in a few weeks and look forward to meaningful answers that arrive in the meantime. Maybe by then I will also feel like reporting on our search again according to the advice of .

Where do you please see a kitchen? Please do not read more into the posts and remain factual!

For factual clarification:

In your list, the kitchen is missing. Now, living-dining may conceptually include a kitchen for you, but you still have to note that a living room for common activities with five or more people (guests) should have at least about 15 sqm to have enough space for playing and TV together. A dining table with 2 meters length and space for seating units takes up around 16 sqm with walking paths, and the mentioned 35 sqm are already used. I consider a functional kitchen for 5 people to be about 12 sqm upwards. That is simply missing.
