Financing for new construction: realistic or rather wishful thinking?

If I use a price comparison for electricity like Check24, it gives me a preset average consumption of 4250 kWh for a 4-person household, whether it is a single-family house or a 3-room apartment.

For 1 person, then 1500 kWh.

As I said, we have 2 chest freezers, bake and cook a lot with the electric stove, do a lot of construction with large machines, saw wood with a heavy-duty circuit saw, wood splitter, etc., water pumps in the summer, air conditioning and electric hot water generation. Plus, a proper Christmas lighting for 4 weeks.

We always had between 4500 and 5000 kWh, which has now been reduced to 1300 kWh with the photovoltaic system. However, I still feed in 2000 kWh despite the storage.

In winter, the photovoltaic system doesn’t work at least for me.

I think I don't rinse like most people who wash dishes by hand.

Otherwise: gather some dishes together (yes, then there is sometimes stuff by the sink), fill the sink with water depending on the amount of dishes, wash lightly soiled ones first, then pans, done. I skip drying, they are left to air dry, the pan will then possibly be used again right away without having seen the inside of the drawer. Yes, I know, that’s not everyone’s taste if not everything is super sterile and tidy, I’m a bit less bothered about that. Splitting maul, shredder, circular saw are also used again and again here, but no Christmas lights, no second fridge or freezer.

What is supposed to be so bad about a lunchbox from daycare? If you don’t own a dishwasher, do you buy a new one every day or what?
Sure, if you’re a bit lazy, you can also put a once-used microwave cover, the pasta strainer, and a big pot in the dishwasher to fill it up as often as possible. Everyone has different priorities and ultimately has to figure that out for themselves.
