We are also interested in a house from Kern-Haus. I also don’t think the Kern-Haus Futura Pult is bad, but it doesn’t fit for us.

I had a conversation with a building surveyor and he spoke rather poorly about the wall structure (Styrofoam). That has now made me very uncertain.

You just have to like it and should know in advance what to expect afterwards. For us, Kern-Haus was out due to the abysmal sales performance.

I especially like the overall package and the service from Kern. All-round worry-free package at a high level for an office person like me. Not cheap, but well

Exactly that fits me perfectly.

The thing is, there are hundreds of providers in my area. At some point, you have to decide. Kern has been around for a long time, and they are successful. That is for me an indication that they do many things right. Do I now have a guarantee for the one house they are building for me? Certainly not. Do I have a good feeling? Yes!
