All this still doesn't cost the price mentioned by the OP. I agree with you on many points... Ultimately, the terrace without reserves and desire for children with future lower income doesn’t just appear out of nowhere. One has to be clear that here you save up and get by from month to month to somehow live the dream of the average home – you sometimes have more luxury in any rental apartment (to put it bluntly). For me, it's very clear: The conditions do not match the desired house – currently: save, wait, and hope that things look a bit different in the next 3 years. Or just buy a cheap existing house/semi-detached house/condominium.No. A house that is considered "reasonable" here that is indeed only achievable by the top 5%. But what can you do... if you cannot afford food at Kevin Fehling (3 stars), will you voluntarily starve? You don't need a garage or a carport. The terrace doesn't have to be finished by move-in. The garden doesn't have to be done by a landscape gardener. You can also shovel away 6m³ yourself. You can also shovel 50m³ yourself. You can also plant a hedge yourself. It's all possible. People used to do that too, there was no excavator for the garden back then. And you know what? I've been living in a Town & Country house for almost a year. With fixtures from Vigour, tiles for 30 EUR/m², with a pretty large kitchen from Pino. Admittedly, that one cost more than 10,000 EUR, but with a U-shape with counter, it was hardly possible to do otherwise. Sure, the garden is still a poppy meadow at the moment; I'm planting the hedge this weekend as 60-80cm balled plants. 45m for 1,300 EUR including delivery. For that, a landscape gardener wouldn't even plant 10m. Painting and flooring done myself, except for 60x60 tiles in kitchen and hallway. The only thing I’ve outsourced outside so far was the connection of the downpipes to the cistern. And the excavator botched that right away, one of the pipes is leaking. We’ve been arguing for months because he neither wants to open it nor put a camera in there...
