has anyone ever filed an objection against the fee notice for the building application and won?

The following case:
The house construction price from the building application was not accepted because it seems too low,
so the office increased it by €70,000 and calculated the fee based on this.

Before anyone says the price from the building application was adjusted, no, it is the actual price!
