You should definitely present it that way to add some spice to the approval process ;)

No idea why you feel treated unfairly: you are subject to the same fee schedule as everyone else! And a deviation from the development plan actually generates additional workload. In our case, our request was discussed in the building committee, the consent of the neighbors was obtained, and the whole thing documented. The reason for this is - surprise - fairness! Deviations from the development plan are not simply handled arbitrarily but are considered and coordinated with any affected parties.

??? How should fairness be measured? This regulation applies equally to everyone, which is practically unbeatable in terms of fairness. That fees are always annoying and one would prefer not to pay them is something else, namely wishful thinking.

I am not saying that is right but equality is not the same as fairness. I think the example with the spectators at the football game is quite good. Father, big child and small child looking at the field. On the left all standing on the ground = equality On the right father on the ground big child on small pedestal and small on big pedestal so that all heads are at the same height = justice (fairness) From my point of view very apt.

Now, back to the core of my question. Has anyone here filed an objection against the [Gebührenbescheid]?
