Expert: For which construction phases is it urgently necessary?

I hope it's okay that I join this thread, but this topic is also currently occupying us.

How often have experts come to your site for construction inspection? And after which works?

True; you also have your own knowledge of proper installation. Also about the heating-up protocols, etc.

You can also assess the electrical and sanitary work yourself.

If you’re already getting a building expert, they can just as well accompany all phases (unless you have the experience yourself or know someone).

Aha, it really seems like everyone here is an expert in home construction in the forum

“Man” here stands for engineers and software people...
and what is your “seller”’s profession?
My tip: take the whole package. That applies from contract review to support during acceptance.
