we will soon start construction through a developer.

Now the question arises for us regarding an expert. We actually wanted to hire him for all construction phases. The seller agrees but advised us to save money by hiring him only for the shell construction. It wouldn’t be worthwhile for the interior work.

What is the opinion here and are there possibly any experiences?
