The only funny thing is when you build a Danwood house, nobody can speak German and instead of a site manager, you have an assistant site manager who also cannot speak German.
My tip:
get an interpreter (to rule out "I did not understand...")
Take a sworn building surveyor on board, take as many photos as possible. A good lawyer and be on site every minute from the erection of the house until completion.
Report defects immediately in writing and with photos and demand the defects be fixed.
Standard phrases; we are not finished yet, or you have a 5-year warranty....
How is one supposed to prove building defects after 5 years?
And after completion, you get a phone number to call if there is a problem.... Ha ha the number is then a company in Poland, if you’re lucky someone can speak German.....
My conclusion no thanks never again..
