Me? oops:I can’t imagine that it’s so hard to find something in the village? One village over there’s a completely detached 1200m² for 7000€ on Immoscout, at least it looks great on Maps if you want to live in the village.
Already living in this village. But renting. We are used to it already. Besides, we have kindergarten and primary school combined here. The plot is no good. I wouldn’t want to live there. Crammed in between ruins, manure heaps, barking mutts, and runaway chickens. K.
Plot size would be about 1800m².. Price: 23K.. that’s why it’s tempting for us. What bothers us is the corner of the barn.. As said, we’ve now been living in the village for 7 years and have been searching intensively for 2 years.. Now it’s to be considered whether a corner bungalow or a normal bungalow at all.. Regards Steventhat is a general rejection of village locations and has less to do with the current plot. “Crammed in” is relative, the plot has a 27m width along the street and an estimated 60-70m in depth. I can’t take exact measurements from the drawing, but 1500-2000sqm is already something. Plus the garden with perfect southern orientation. If you don’t plan a 15x13m palace, but rather an average and above all affordable 10x11m or 9x12m cubature, nothing feels cramped here anymore. I find the plot extremely attractive, as long as the price fits and one can come to terms with village life in general. Preliminary building inquiry positive (you can always apply smaller), building ground report okay. Wall to the street. If you don’t take this, you’ll regret it, I bet! I plead for: go for it! P.S. the separation of the owners is a great luck for you, they need money as soon as possible!
