Not too bad, just dig out a bit, put lean concrete on it, and refill, costs about €60-100 per m² of floor slab including disposal.

Lean concrete but only if the excavation takes place during unfavorable weather conditions (rainfall) and everything down there becomes soggy, muddy, and smeared during the work. Then the new sand can no longer be compacted; it will be a complete mud fight. Only then does the note in the report apply: immediately apply the lean concrete piece by piece on top.

I see it quite relaxed as well and only moderate additional costs. You can get those just as well elsewhere. However, with the infiltration, I would be careful that it is not too close to the house and is large enough.

Where and at what rate can such an excavation be disposed of?

I also found the reference to the garden important, unless you like cucumbers and tomatoes growing from construction debris and manure.

Manure is nitrogen fertilizer. Everything that grows and you eat has received it. Construction debris, so what. Where is the problem?

I know, but they say the dose makes the poison.
