What kind of statement is that??? The 36.5 can very well achieve KfW55, but it does not depend only on the brick but on many other aspects. Like windows, floor slab insulation, roof insulation. Furthermore, whether heat pump and ventilation system, photovoltaic. So a general statement Poroton T9 does not achieve KfW55 is complete nonsense. It only gets more nonsensical through the statement because whether filled or not only matters for sound insulation.

This time I’m just giving a little input. LWL with heat recovery 24k€

just as a comparison:

we (I) only installed material for about 7k€ in EL Central, 75mm pipe in the ceiling cavity, no flat ducts and including buffer (significantly more pipes and outlets to keep it quiet). Of that, 50% alone is for the device and the supply/exhaust towers in the front yard. If I now double the cost x2 because of my time, that’s 14k€ for what I think is a very sophisticated LWL in a new building.

now the comparison 24k vs. 14k The margin still seems very large for the GUs.

PS. WF = 171q Offers were available 2 years ago for “standard central” LWL with heat recovery at 12k€

Calculate it, I'm curious. What kind of magic windows do you want to install there?

Agreement, except for "KfW55", since the Effizienzhaus 55 is no longer subsidized by the KfW.

Objection, because the filling is not neutral to thermal transmission. "Unfilled" (= actually "air-filled") and other fillings (with loose fillings such as perlite or similar or stuffing with whatever else was lying around) have characteristic densities that differ from that of "air". Accordingly, their thermal transmission values also differ.

Not as generous as the spell "correction" ;-)

So we are currently building and signed for 453K for 142sqm KFW55 EE at the beginning of last year. However, in our case already including [Außenanlagen]. Otherwise, everything is very similar. Bathrooms, hallways & utility room tiled. 2 bathrooms and a small guest WC. Walls in Q2, but without [Raufaser]. Underfloor heating. Air-water heat pump. You even got parquet and a bit more for the tiles. We have 35€/sqm. With all the extra wishes after the various selections ([Hebeschiebetür], LAN cabling, extra sockets, flush-mounted rain shower, larger tiles, kitchen, etc.), we have now ended up at just under 480,000€. Overall, a normal price for the current situation. For that, you also save yourself most headaches with such an offer, get a construction manager assigned, and the general contractor guarantees completion according to the construction performance specification. For us, that was great because we only have to go to the house on weekends and when needed. If the general contractor gives you a good feeling and everything fits, that is worth its weight in gold.

And how much have you planned for additional costs? Are groundworks and the floor slab included in the price? You don’t have a garage or photovoltaic system, do you?
