Ok, then I'll reveal it: It's around 435k including what was described, the soil survey, and possibly the slab foundation. Then the price seems to be okay... as said: Without the plot, we already own that.

By the way, we are building 25 km east of Stuttgart, as was asked.

If I already read "reputable manufacturer" or "high-quality." Please make sure this is fixed exactly in your building description. Otherwise, there will be a nasty awakening later.

What is described for the doors (front door and interior doors)? What about sanitary and ceramics?

Read carefully and please compare.

Thank you for the hint, we have been given the manufacturer including the pump and have assessed it ourselves as proper. The manufacturer of the controlled residential ventilation is also known, we have already pre-selected sanitary facilities on our own, and the selection of stairs and other structural extras like brick color, exterior flooring, window manufacturer, etc. has also been done. So it is "only" the electrical specification still open, for which we have budgeted 2k (more sockets). We have also had the construction specifications reviewed by the Bauherren-Schutzbund: "95% very good and detailed." We are waiting for the result of the requested corrections (explicit mention of the DIN standards, etc.).

But one more question at this point: In the construction specifications, it says we can choose an aluminum door with a 50cm side panel valued up to 4500. Is that enough for a proper front door with RC 2 and some sound insulation?

Electrical planning is not easy. Proper intercom system, electric shutters? What about SAT or LAN? Often, it's not done with just a few more sockets. Think of outdoor lighting and motion detectors. Make sure you also have the necessary comfort in light control, two-way switches, push buttons, cross switches. Staircase lighting...

For 4,500 euros you should be able to get a solid front door. Just google a bit for well-known manufacturers.

And don’t underestimate the costs for the outdoor area. You quickly have to accommodate a slight slope over 20 meters and bam, 10k is gone.

Is already budgeted at 17k, including paved paths and terrace.
