Estimate of construction costs for a single-family house in Baden-Württemberg

A few amounts have already been mentioned, but I would be interested to know how high the offer really is?!

As said: 427k. Including house with basement, selection (19k), garage, outdoor facilities (terrace, leveling garden/slight slope), excluding official fees and so far without wallpapering, painting and floor coverings, as planned as EL. In the worst case + 10k for slab foundation/white tub, we will find out next week, BG is currently being prepared.

One probably cannot really compare as a layperson. I had rather relied on good references and repeated recommendations. In the end, it was rounded off by the friendly conversations with the architect.
