Had a conversation today at a bank regarding financing. Here I was also confirmed that the KFW shares are counted as equity and thus the loan-to-value ratio with the regular bank is significantly better. Just crazy thinking but good for every builder who wanted to build with KFW anyway or who meets the standard.

However, caution is advised here. This is regulated differently from state to state. And then each bank has its own rules. It is important that there is a state development bank that goes in second position in the land charge. Regular banks, which carry the KfW amount as their own risk according to my experience, never go to the second rank but always insist on the first.

No bank has been finally selected by Dr. Klein yet as we are still clarifying our current framework. The ranking of the banks is interesting and helpful, I will follow up on that.

: It is definitely worth contacting a second broker. Not only do the conditions differ among brokers of the same bank because they use different platforms, but there are also differences in the presentation.

One thing I notice in your screenshot. The production costs include own contributions. Own contributions consist of the material as well as the "muscle equity." This is usually listed on both sides of the invoice. So fictitious in the costs, but also as invested capital. This reduces the loan-to-value ratio.

Did you only set the budget for the materials with the broker?
