What will finally be signed now, we will be able to read in the Federal Gazette. As far as I know, it has already passed through 2 readings. There will not be much change anymore, if anything, only minor details. GewaltigNachhaltig will also provide a video on the breakdown of the extra time after 20 years. I simply assume that they never look at when it was negative and whether you fed in and add the time at the end. Whether they also include the amount fed in, I cannot say.

ah yes, it's written there. So it is calculated based on full load quarter hours. That means it is generously rounded and then each month has different full load quarter hours. So if you collected 300 full load quarter hours in summer (time during which the spot market price was negative). Then it gets extended but each extended month "costs" a different amount of collected quarter hours.

etc.

Complicated, but probably fair.

Can one judge whether that is really somewhat fair? I currently cannot really fill it with meaning and life, over what period the extension will then stretch. Presumably, I don’t need that either, as the electrician will hopefully put our system into operation on 19.02.

Well, I assume that existing systems will also be included at some point. But that will probably take a few more years.

A factor is probably added based on the average hours of sunshine. People who feel more compelled to verify that will probably do so.

Even if we finish before the law is published, it somehow still affects us because we still have to install the [Wallbox] afterwards.
Then let's see who can still make sense of it when the houses are sold or when you yourself are 70 in 20 years.
