I have no idea. The photovoltaic system is from 2021. From 2022 onwards, consumption is well over 6,000 kWh. So far, nobody has contacted me. However, I also did not inquire further, but at some point back then I received the information that although it is mandatory, the grid operators themselves decide (can decide) when and to whom they impose it. They simply have no capacity to be everywhere.

In case of emergency, quickly order a jammer. Once the guy is gone, you can return it within the return period.

Is that legal?
In itself, yes, also potentially useful with teenagers in the house...

I don't think so. But I have already thought about the use for teenagers. You can regulate Wi-Fi, but as long as there is still data volume, only whining helps.

I would stay relaxed about the whole thing. The network operators won't get back to you that quickly. They have other worries and too little staff to implement it quickly. The funny thing is that when they start regulating, they are also obliged to eliminate the reason for the regulation. In other words, they have to expand. They would rather let the transformers burn down than throttle back.

To conclude the topic. The law came into effect yesterday. Our commissioning was on 19.02.2025.
