Yes, unfortunately the laws are being enacted again at very short notice. I have to first check tomorrow whether I would still need to make any changes to the system to ensure it is compliant in case we do not manage to meet the deadline. If this had been known beforehand, I would have planned it completely differently.

Yes, unfortunately that is the case. You really can’t plan anything there. Just as much a fiasco as with [KfW Förderungen].

Is that possible? The starting situation is that the photovoltaic modules are installed on the new building, but the distribution cabinet in the house is not yet wired. That will still take some time.

What I have gathered so far is that this rule also applies to old systems and that this control must be retrofitted. However, since I am only just starting my planning and there is a lot being written about it, it is difficult to find clear statements. In my opinion, it will simply affect everyone and a quick commissioning will probably be of no use.
