Yes, that's what I wrote about... it's called a connection column or house connection column.

You still need a construction site power box for the construction.

Regarding water, why don't you simply ask your neighbor and run a water hose from their place for the duration of the construction. With an extra water meter, and in the end you give them like 50 euros or so.

: Sorry, misquoted, meant Why do I still need a construction site power distribution box? There is electricity anyway and consumption is billed normally. My neighbor even has one with three-phase power; I would do the same. So everything would be available for the construction, right? Regarding water, with an extra water meter I can only break down my own consumption, right? So if the neighbors flush the toilet, wash dishes, etc., nothing would happen on my meter?

Could you please briefly explain that again: Why because of frost protection? My neighbor has the water meter frost-proof installed in the ground. It has a small hole where he can go down or read the water meter. And I also don't quite understand the tightness.
From my understanding, roughly, there is a water connection with a meter/water counter there. So there is already water on the property. If I now connect the house to the water, the pipe is simply connected to that thing in the hole or somehow linked, right?

Well, I thought it’s not primarily about just wanting to have water and electricity on the property at any cost, but rather having both on the property at a reasonable price.

Such a shaft with a water meter costs money, and a lot of it, unless you can do everything yourself, but even then the supplier will want to have a say and tell you how to build what, and that will also cost money and time.

The easiest option for water is your neighbor. Asking doesn’t cost anything, and if you install a separate water meter, you can even settle the bill relatively accurately in the end.

You need the construction power box because the simple connection column doesn’t have space for a meter; it’s just a transfer point from the city utilities to your construction site, and behind that comes the construction power box and later your house with the meter.

The connection column with a meter is, of course, also more expensive than one without...

The easiest thing is to first find out what your electricity and water suppliers offer and what everything costs. Just because your neighbor has something on their property doesn’t automatically mean you will get/have the same.

Regarding electricity, I have already informed myself; there are different connection variants: If the connection is made via a cable house connection pillar (KHS), it can also be used during the construction phase. Ordering the installation of a separate construction site power supply can be omitted. Then there is the meter connection pillar. Here we will install the house connection box in the meter connection pillar provided by you. Therefore, providing space for the meter cabinet in the building can be omitted. This allows the final meter location to be set up already during the construction phase. If the connection is made via the KHS, the construction site power supply can be omitted, at least according to their page. What exactly is the difference between the two? I do not quite understand. With KHS the meter is in the house, and with the other variant I also have a KHS, but the meter is inside it? Is this a jumble...

Hello,
with both variants, according to my understanding, you then only have the connection with the meter installed. There are no connection sockets and fuses present yet.
I did not want a pillar in the front yard
