Some of us bought an IBC container for construction water. (gibts im I-Net für ca. 50€) and had it filled once, for example by a neighbor. This way, you are independent from the neighbor and can subsequently sell the container again or use it for garden irrigation.

For electricity (including construction power), we paid about €1,500 recently. Our shell builder takes care of the connection and the box. For water, we will first look for a hydrant.

Please with link (via PM of course ). I find the cheapest IBCs for over 120 euros, however including delivery.

In the classifieds. They are of course used.

IBCs are used, for example, in the food industry or in chemicals and, to my knowledge, may only be used for a certain period. Therefore, there are quite a few used IBCs on the market. They are available cleaned or uncleaned. The cleaned ones usually cost around €50-60 plus delivery or pickup. You won't find a rainwater collection container cheaper per m³. Unfortunately, they are not very attractive. Some wood paneling, straw mats, or the commercially available cover foil at least make them look a bit better.
