But that won’t be enough for you, or what kind of spotlights do you want to install there? What opening size have you planned? You need spotlights over all work points and surfaces as well as the walkways, all arranged in a sensible geometric way so that it looks good. Our spotlights have a distance of 70 cm from each other due to the beams; you are at least at double that.

To Sebastian Man has 2 pipes (air volume) for the bathroom, I have distributed them to 2 valves (1 pipe per valve). Due to the T-shaped bathroom, the odors stay in the toilet area and it does not smell throughout the entire bathroom. The air volume remains the same. I did the same in the bedroom, not because of odors but because of the air flow. I hear nothing when the system is running in party mode. Back to GU10 I have 24 spots on the ground floor (10 living room, 5 kitchen, 5 hallway, 4 WC) You overestimate the 5W spots, living room does not matter, they are there for basic lighting, the kitchen has an LED strip under the cabinets, without it, it is not so great.

I thought so - in the bedroom I find it a good idea because of the noise, but you underestimate the paths of the air. Nothing will stay there - otherwise the whole system would not work

In general, I would reconsider this spot mania. We also have a few in the hallway areas, but I would rely much more on wall lights that create a real atmosphere.

Absolutely right. We did it in the hallway and kitchen because of the minimized shadow casting and because it looks really good with the wooden ceiling. I've attached a picture of the hallway and the kitchen, though still in the shell construction: But as I said, there are 10 in the kitchen and 8 in the hallway. Otherwise, there are some wall lights on the stairs and in the living area.

Hello, regarding the spots, here is an example from us:

We have 10 spots in the living room (GU10 with 5 watts each and a 90° beam angle). In the kitchen, we have 4 more spots over the walkways, which also illuminate the work surface. That is sufficient for normal chopping, etc. Additionally, there are 5 more spots over our island with a counter. Above the sink, there is also an LED strip in the wall cabinets, which is used when washing dishes or doing fine work. In the dining room, there is also a pendant lamp above the table.

That is completely sufficient.

Sorry but that's nonsense...

Regarding the spot lighting: 3 and 5w LED spots are not as bright as one might think and are certainly not comparable to halogen....

My hallway upstairs is lit with 3x10w LEDs and I wouldn't go lower than that, of course you don't always need them at 100% but there are moments when I turn on the main lighting...

There is a lot of talk here about pulling cables into installation conduits... but as it seems to me, the OP wants to push a maximum of 2-3 cables through the empty conduits... this should not be a problem, even with bends....

4x 3x1.5 NYM through an M20 is obviously quite a different matter
