Hello everyone,
For several months we have been proud owners of a plot with an existing building and want to start building next year.
After several rounds with architects and general contractors, two are still in the running, and we want to decide by next month at the latest with whom we will build.
The design was mostly taken from my sketches, and the more serious it gets, the more uncertain I become about how coherent the planning is.
I have been following the forum for some time and am looking forward to your honest feedback and hope not to be torn apart too much in the "lion’s den."
P.S. The site plan is not 100% accurate as we slightly enlarged the ground floor in the last round.

Wenn Ihr verzichten müsst, on which details/extensions
-can you do without: direct garage access to the house, window seat behind dining table
-can you not do without:
Warum ist der Entwurf so geworden, wie er jetzt ist? e.g.
Which wishes were implemented by the architect?
KfW55, open living kitchen with glass front facing the garden, office on the ground floor, dressing room in the bedroom, approximately two equally sized children's rooms facing the garden, possible living space for guests (later possibly children) planned in the basement
Was ist die wichtigste/grundlegende Frage zum Grundriss in 130 Zeichen zusammengefasst?
