Does parquet only have advantages compared to design flooring?

we have 3-layer finished parquet, lacquered, 2.5 mm wear layer, can you roughly say how often I can sand something like this? after 10 years once and after another 10 years dispose of it?

I would guess 2x. When to sand? It depends on the wear and your taste. I might consider it after 20-30 years. You won’t experience the second time anymore.

In the entrance area (maybe 1 sqm) the parquet does not lay well, it is installed floating, the front door scrapes slightly, do you have an idea?

when you step on it, it gives way significantly and then goes back into a hollow spot. The guys had leveled the floor, but here it either still seems uneven, or the parquet is sagging badly. We have 2.20, slats, where the problem is, they were massively shortened. No idea what it’s due to, but it can’t really be the door, the floor gives way too much for that. We’re now considering taking it out again and gluing it.

even with painted parquet? do I then reseal it, or does it remain "free" after sanding?

You can either paint it again, oil it, wax it, or leave it as it is. Completely untreated is not good, though, because then there is no protection left on the wood. I wouldn't worry about that now.

It looks very neat and has been very durable so far with two small children and also has the Blue Angel – so no plasticizers inside.

Pro parquet: real wood feel and appearance. Looks noble, valuable, yet cozy. Pro vinyl, price, suitability for underfloor heating, can withstand both water and rough treatment, New Year's Eve party with dancing in high heels, better.

Don't say that. At friends' places I have to take off my high heels, they leave marks on the vinyl.
