Good evening,

I am the head of SHW Planungsgesellschaft UG and do not use a pseudonym. In this forum, questions, accusations, and insinuations have arisen, and I must tell you: None of you have informed yourselves, called, inquired, or looked at a construction site. None! UG stands for Unternehmergesellschaft and is the so-called colloquially named mini-GmbH. Anyone who has dealt a bit with HGB, tax law, and the AO knows how to turn a UG into a "real" GmbH and must know what it brings. Only: 25,000 euros of share capital for a real GmbH and the next day wages, the fancy 7 series, leather chair, and iPhone are paid from that... What remains in case of damage: Just as little as with a UG. Show me your protection here... In house construction, this consists of escrow accounts, of paying invoices for services that one ALREADY HAS and not only receives later.... and not from a company shell, which is then simply closed. The past with large companies (also GmbHs) on the market clearly shows that alone this is no protection, and for this reason, the legislator has also enacted laws (FOSIG). Mr. Röder is one customer with his Exclusiv-Massivhaus, like many others. Neither fraudulent activities nor any other nonsense has happened. Haus der Handwerker is also a customer of ours, and the companies help each other out among themselves. With other companies, construction may possibly be delayed....

Now I ask the group: Where is the damage?

I will gladly reveal it: With the companies - reputational damage, because EVERYONE in this forum who spreads their dangerous half-knowledge under their pseudonym actually knows nothing. None of our two customers have been researched by me – yet they are called criminals. No one here has looked at an ongoing construction site, but everyone knows much more about it. However, there are dozens of parallel ongoing and completed buildings and even satisfied customers. Of all this, I read nothing in your attacks, which you call posts. Isn't it spectacular enough? Do you not know better, or do you prefer to gossip unsuccessfully in the background?

SHW turned 5 years old a few months ago. It is a UG! One cannot talk of a fraudulent scheme. ALL our customers are caught up in everyday construction, and there is good and bad to report about EVERY one of our customers, because where wood is chopped, chips must fall. But in these slanderous posts, only chips fall although no wood has even been chopped... What is the point?

Call me: 0365 22 62 92 30. Or write a post with your name. Take off the mask and say here where your "knowledge" comes from. I am very curious to get to know the construction site. You will not get in touch because neither the construction site nor the problems exist and: you would then have to reveal yourself!

Therefore, I give everyone this tip: Research on the internet: OKAY... But trust the dangerous half-knowledge from people who do not even address themselves by their real names but with root-dwarf fairy tale names: Caution. Here there are some fools, know-it-alls, or competitors involved, and whether one will not take the worse path here....

Nevertheless, I wish all critics a Merry Christmas. Yours, Peter Brunk of SHW Planung

So here is also a contribution from you, in which you basically constantly defend your project and its feasibility against all good (and less good) concerns. Some of the comments are certainly somewhat exaggerated, but at the core the remarks fit, as they are actually meant to encourage reflection.

I would think that at this point your "questions" might possibly come to an end, since you are generally not particularly open to advice. Of course, it doesn't have to be that way, but to be honest, it is starting to bore me.

Well, "Voki!... a pseudonym like many others.... I am also bored, as I am a person of constructive criticism.... But I very often read destructive and personal things, because when someone like me and my clients (whom I also know well) work and then among other things here always only get one thing in response, then one is allowed to complain sometimes - where it is also justified. You (we are not on first-name terms!) do not want to be bored, then say who you are and be factual. I will no longer respond to further pseudonym followers. You can now also rant about this and make polemic remarks....

1. The manners on the internet, especially in forums, usually use the informal "you" ("Du"). If you wish to deviate from the usual form of address by using the formal "you" ("Sie"), feel free to do so. 2. In times of almost unlimited storage of all messages, images, and posts published on the internet, extraordinary caution is advised. In this case, the use of a pseudonym is recommended while simultaneously adhering to netiquette. I am neither rude nor do I deliberately insult other forum participants.

If you have read correctly, then you will remember that I also find one or the other post exaggerated. Nevertheless, these posts are (mostly) not meant to be malicious, but possibly a wake-up call for the original poster (OP), who (as here) all too often closes their eyes to reality. The critical engagement (after all, you are a friend of constructive criticism) helps to open one’s eyes here. The decisions must then be made by each individual for themselves, but consciously and with awareness of the concerns raised by other forum participants.

By the way, I cannot detect any polemics in my post.

By the way, the post from "Voki" referred to the original poster and not to "you".

If you believe you can prove what you say, then the internet can preserve it forever - but here things are simply made up that harm people. The internet does not clarify right and wrong. It gives everyone, under their [root dwarf fairy tale name], the opportunity to write things. In real life, trouble would come immediately. Defamation, etc. In virtual life, it apparently seems okay if you do that.. It's not... Damage is caused. That is not okay!
